Cut from our English Pork, our Bacon & Gammon is of the highest quality. Our bacon, cut thickly (just how it should be) is the perfect addition to any breakfast, and our flavoursome gammon is perfect hot or cold.
Put some oil into a frying pan over a medium heat and allow it to come to temperature.
Season the gammon steak with sea salt and ground pepper and place the in the pan, seasoned-side down – it should start sizzling immediately.
Season the top side and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, turn the steak over and allow to cook for another 3 minutes, until both sides have a nice golden-brown crust.
