Our Piri Piri Chicken kebabs are the perfect addition to any summer barbecue. Diced, succulent chicken fillets marinated in a mild piri piri sauce and red peppers makes for the perfect combination of flavours. Alternatively you can just fry off the chicken and peppers and serve with a light salad.
Our Free Range Chicken is supplied by Packington Estate. Their philosophy is simple – what’s good for their chickens and the land will naturally be good for us and better for their customers. It’s this simple philosophy that enables them to produce the most succulent, richly flavoured meat, often lost in today’s intensive farming methods.
The pack will make 4-6 kebabs; skewers are provided.

We send all nationwide deliveries via APC Couriers’ overnight service. Each order is hand-packed in stay fresh bags and boxed with ice packs to help keep goods cool throughout their journey.

This free range chicken is supplied by Creedy Carver who have specialised in producing the finest Free Range Duck and Chicken for over 30 years with a reputation for great flavour and a high meat yield. The concept is the same now as it has always been, to produce great tasting poultry with a huge emphasis on bird welfare and sustainable farming.
Pre-heat the oven to 180c.
Pop the kebabs onto a baking tray and pop into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Turn the kebabs and cook for a further 10-15 minutes (timing will vary depending on the size of the chicken).
or to cook on the barbecue
Pre-heat you barbecue to a medium temperature.
Pop the chicken kebabs on and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning regularly .
If cooking on the barbecue, soak the skewers in water before making the kebabs, this will prevent them burning during cooking.
Remove from the oven/barbecue and check a few piece of the chicken to ensure it is thoroughly cooked.
