Large chunks of Herefordshire beef slow cooked with fresh kidney (from the same animal) onions, garlic, herbs, our own beef stock and Wye Valley Brewery Ale.
All of our pies are handmade in small batches at our shop in Bromyard.

All Nationwide consignments are made to order and vacuum packed. Orders are boxed with refrigerant pads to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.

Our hot pies are a Herefordshire staple, lovingly hand-crafted in our kitchens. All of our pies are handmade using free range, grass fed, meat and local ingredients producing intensive flavours. Our handmade pies produce a golden pastry with a hearty, flavoursome filling perfect for colder months.
Pre-heat your oven to 180c.
Place the pie on a baking tray and cook for:
Small: 15 – 20 minutes
Large: 30 – 35 minutes
Ensure that the filling is piping hot.
Serve with creamy mash and enjoy!
