Pork and apple is a certain flavour sensation, so why not try these meatballs.
Mix the pork mince with finely chopped, or grated, apple, garlic sage and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix by hand making sure that the ingredients are even mixed, then take a small handful of the mixture and roll into a ball, continue until the mix has been used.
Pop in a roasting tin, with a drizzle of oil, and cook at 220c for 15 minutes. Removed from the oven and pour over passata. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
