Handmade Pork Sausages Flavoured with Fresh Leeks
Using only locally produced leeks this family favourite is great for a traditional toad in the hole. The sweet flavour of the pork combines perfectly with the tart flavour of the fresh leek.
We use traditional methods to produce each sausage in natural casings to our own recipe- formulated to give the best texture and flavour.

Our sausages have won awards (and hearts!) and we regularly have seasonal specials, inspired by what’s at it’s best in Herefordshire. All of our sausages are made at our shop by skilled butchers from totally free-range pigs. We use traditional methods to produce each sausage in natural casings to our own recipe- formulated to give the best texture and flavour.
Pre-heat your oven to 108c.
Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 25 – 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
