Pork
Our outstanding pork is meticulously selected from only a few local farms that we know and trust and is prepared by our skilful butchers on the premises. We use the whole animal so every pork item in our shop comes from these pigs. You can find our pork not only on the fresh meat counter but also in our home made sausages, our pork pies and much much more.
All of our sausages are made at our shop by skilled butchers from free range pigs. We use traditional methods to produce each sausage in natural casings to our own recipe specially formulated to give the best texture and flavour. We then add fresh seasonal ingredients to create each of our well loved variations.
