Beef

At Legges all of our beef is from Hereford or Hereford Cross cattle and is always sourced from within a few miles of our shop. To ensure we source only beef of the highest quality for you, each week we individually select the best from a handful of local farmers whom we know and trust. We then hang our beef to mature for 28 days on the bone when our skilful butchers prepare each cut, delivering our celebrated succulent beef to your table.
