• All of our game is supplied by local game keepers
• Our Venison is from the Hampton Court Estate and is exclusively wild shot
• Pheasant and Partridge are available with the season
• Pigeon, Rabbit and Hare are provided throughout the year by local farmers
• We carefully select and combine our game to recreate traditional recipes for both our pies and sausages
