All of our fish comes from our trusted supplier based in Cornwall who delivers only the freshest, tastiest, ethically sourced, seasonal fish. Caught on day boats and delivered to our shop within 24 hours. Our salmon is sourced separately from one excellent Scottish salmon farm which has a reputation for high quality and discerning clientele. The salmon is hand-fed a responsibly sourced diet, carefully harvested to avoid stress and are processed, gutted and filleted by hand ensuring the best possible product for you.
