Delivery
We dispatch orders by overnight courier for next day delivery. If you wish for your order to be delivered on specific day please request this at checkout and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. From the day of dispatch you will receive a confirmation email from APC and this will enable you to track your delivery.
Your order will be delivered via APC and you will receive an email with a Consignment Number which will allow you to track your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days but it is safer to allow 7, especially at busy times such as Christmas. During quiet periods however we can sometimes send an order out the day after it has been placed. Once again if you would like your order quicker please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to get it to you sooner. Delivery is free on all orders over £125. Orders under this value but over £20 are charged at £9.95 to cover postage and packaging and orders under £20 are charged at £12.50.
All consignments are made to order and vacuum packed and are boxed with refrigerant pads to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey. Your order will stay cold for up to 24 hours, so if you would like it delivered to an alternative address, then please let us know at checkout. Unless specified, everything is provided fresh so that you have the choice of eating some of your order over the next couple of days with no hassle, or you can pop it straight into the freezer for a later date.
